I had my very first ever bikini wax here and Tracy made the experience so relaxing and easy! She is quick and efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I will never get waxed anywhere else. Plus she tops off the experience with chocolate which is incredible. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Tracey was warm and inviting, and the room was decorated so beautifully. I had an intensive treatment with a facial and I am so incredibly pleased! The atmosphere was very relaxing and I feel completely pampered. My skin is glowing and softer than I've ever felt. 10/10 RECOMMEND

What a wonderful experience! I loved the ambiance, the cup of berry tea as my feet soaked in a warm bath; and then on to a massage that was both relaxing and invigorating. Tracey is very welcoming, and invites you to share your expectations and desires as to style, areas of particular focus, and even what music will provide the atmosphere where you can best allow your tensions to melt away. Whether you like to chat or just quietly be transported to your place of bliss, Tracey will accommodate.

I had my first Brazilian experience with Tracey yesterday and it was amazing. Tracey is a lovely woman who seems to take pride in providing great quality and value in her services. First off her prices are unbeatable and you can even schedule a 3 session package for future appointments which makes it even more affordable(many places barely offer cheaper maintenance rates). I liked how quick she was, she goes right in there snd gets the job done but also asks if you’re okay several times throughout the process. At the end she even provided a mirror for you to review everything in case you feel she missed anything which she’d gladly fix. She is sanitary and wears gloves and even let me know that she deep cleans the bed in between clients. She maintained light conversation throughout the process and provided me with some tips for my self routine in the future. At the end she asked if Id like to receive a spiritual reading for my future, which I did, and enjoyed very much as it seemed to align with my current situations and potential ways to solve situations in the future. Her words were very teaching. Overall had a great experience. The atmosphere was nothing short of extraordinary. Definitely booking my 3 session series the next time I visit!

I received a gift certificate for the Very Intensive Pampering package from my husband for Christmas. I finally got around to scheduling an appointment and went for my treatments last week. This was my first experience at a spa of any kind and it was fantastic! All the products she used smelled wonderful and the whole experience was very relaxing.

Such a cute place! I got a facial and it was an amazing experience. I got a tea and a foot soak /scrub I first arrived and then got my facial. The products used smelled good and refreshing while also calming. Left with my skin glowing and feeling so soft and clean. Extremely relaxing atmosphere!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the very intensive pampering spa package with Tracey, and it was a lovely experience. Tracey was incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire session. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. After the facial, my skin felt incredibly soft and rejuvenated. My 16 year old daughter and I came to Syracuse for a day of shopping and a wonderful spa experience. We each had our first facial. Tracy explained about the products she would use and was very conscientious about my daughter’s sensitive skin and any medical conditions we might have. Tracy was friendly and welcoming. While I waited for my daughter’s facial, the atmosphere was very warm, inviting and relaxing. I would definitely come back when in Syracuse!

I am feeling absolutely lavished and deeply cared for after a visit with Tracey. Every detail of my experience was thoroughly thought out, and executed with exquisite expertise! Arriving to Sanctuary Spa is an experience in and of itself. The"Moroccan Chic decor feels absolutely divine, with its deep, rich jewel tones, gold and bronze accents. When I arrived, I was greeted with a luxurious satin robe, a cup of freshly brewed herbal tea and a foot bath. After a vigorous exfoliating sugar scrub of my legs and feet, I reclined on a warm table, and enjoyed a back massage. The facial was sumptuous as well. Rosewater, rich masks, delightfully scented oils, warm towels and masterful effleurage... Tracey even massaged my hands, and gloved them in a moisture rich mask, which was very well received by these winter word paws! One of the BEST parts of my experience was the conversation Tracey and I had during our time together. She and I have quite a rapport, but she certainly gave me the inspiration and affirmation I was needing to complete this bit of rest and respite that was SO DEEPLY nourishing. I cannot say enough about my time with Tracey. Everything was divine, and thought out with the utmost of care. Down to the chocolate truffle that I found in my coat pocket after leaving her space! 11/10 recommend!
